Secondly, you need to put out positive energy into the Universe. This means having faith that what you want will come to you and feeling good about yourself and your ability to attract what you want. The better you feel about yourself, the more likely you will attract what you want into your life.

Finally, you need to take action steps towards your goal. This means putting yourself in situations where you can make things happen and taking opportunities when they arise. The more action steps you take, the closer you reach your goal, and the more likely your manifestation will come true.

How to manifest not moving

Step one: get clear on what you want

Before you can manifest anything, you need to know what you want. This sounds obvious, but it’s worth repeating: you need to know what you want to be able to manifest it.

To get clear on what you want, ask yourself two questions:

  • What do I want? (Be specific)
  • Why do I want it?

For example, let’s say you want a new car. A good specific goal would be: “I want a red Ferrari with a sunroof.” But why do you want a red Ferrari with a sunroof? Maybe because it will make you feel happy or because it will make your commute more fun. Keep asking yourself “why” until you get to the root of why you want something.

Step two: take action toward your goal

Second, and this is critical, you must take action steps towards your goal. This could be anything from researching your desired outcome to taking physical steps toward it. The key is actively moving towards your goal, not just thinking about it.

Some people mistakenly believe they can manifest their desires simply by thinking about them or visualizing them. While these things are important parts of manifestation, more is needed. You must take concrete steps toward your goals for them to materialize.

No matter your goals, taking action toward them will increase the likelihood of manifestation. For example, if your goal is to get a new job, you might research potential employers, send out resumes, or go on interviews. If your goal is to lose weight, you might start working out and eating healthier.

Step three: let go of the outcome

The third and final step to manifesting your dreams is to let go of the outcome. This doesn’t mean giving up on your dreams or goals; it simply means releasing your attachment to the result.

When you let go of the outcome, you free yourself from the need to control the situation and allow the Universe to do its thing. Trust that if it’s meant to be, it will happen – and if it’s not, it won’t.

So how do you let go of the outcome? By visualizing your goal as already achieved. See yourself already in possession of what you desire, and feel the emotions that come with it. Then let it go – and trust that what’s meant to be will be.
