She said, “Well, I don’t know. I mean, I’ve read all the books, and I’ve tried all the techniques, but nothing has worked for me.”

I told her that the first step to manifesting anything is believing it’s possible. If you don’t believe you can get what you want, it will be very difficult for you to manifest it.

The reason why it’s so important to believe in your ability to manifest what you want is that your belief is what determines your reality. If you believe something is impossible, it will be impossible for you. However, if you believe something is possible, it will be possible.

When my friend said she didn’t know how to manifest what she wanted, I asked her what she thought was necessary for her to achieve her goal. She listed off a bunch of things like having money, being super-smart, or being lucky enough to win the lottery.

I told her that none of those were necessary to achieve her goal. All she needed was belief. Once she believed that she could achieve her goal, she would be able to begin taking the necessary steps to make it happen.

So if you’re struggling with your manifesting practice because you don’t believe you can get what you want, then take some time to reflect on why you have those beliefs. Are they based on anything real, or are they just based on your fears and doubts? Once you identify the beliefs holding you back, release them and replace them with new beliefs that support your ability to Manifest what you want!

This could mean studying up on the topic if you’re manifesting knowledge or skill, meditating or Visualising if you’re aiming for a more spiritual goal, or taking physical steps like talking to people or networking if your goal requires it. The key is consistency and taking small but regular steps toward achieving your goals.

-Awareness: The first step is simply becoming aware of your negative self-talk. Pay attention to the thoughts that run through your head daily. What do you say to yourself when you make a mistake? When you’re faced with a challenging situation? When do you compare yourself to others? Write down your thoughts and patterns so you can see them more clearly.

-Challenge your thinking: Once you’re more aware of your negative self-talk, start challenging these thoughts. Are they true? How do you know? What evidence do you have to support them? For example, if you tell yourself, “I’m not good enough,” ask yourself, “Why not?” “What would it take for me to be good enough?” “Who says I’m not good enough?” Asking questions like these can help challenge and reframe your thinking.

-Practice positive affirmations: Another way to counter negative self-talk is to practice positive affirmations. These are short statements or phrases that reflect positive beliefs about yourself. For example, some affirmations you might use are “I am worthy,” “I am capable,” or “I am perfect just as I am.” Say these statements aloud several times a day, especially when you’re feeling down about yourself. Over time, these affirmations will help shift your thinking from negative to positive.

How to overcome these obstacles

I am going, to be honest with you. I have tried to manifest my dream life for years, but I always seemed to fall short. I would start with all the excitement in the world, making a list of everything I wanted, and then somewhere along the way, I would start doubting myself. I would think things like, “this is never going to happen,” or “I’m not good enough.” This would cause me to give up and return to my old life. But I never stopped trying. I kept manifestation at the back of my mind, and eventually, I started to see results. In this article, I will share the three biggest obstacles I faced when manifesting and how I overcame them.

Practice visualization

If you can’t find faith in the process, try visualization. This involves picturing yourself already in possession of what you desire. For example, if you want a new car, visualize yourself driving it. If you’re hoping to get a promotion at work, visualize yourself in your new office with the title you want.

Be as specific as possible when visualizing your goal—the more detail you include, the better. And remember to include the feelings you’ll have once you achieve your goal. After all, manifesting is all about feeling good!

Reprogram your subconscious mind

To overcome these obstacles, you need to reprogram your subconscious mind. Your subconscious mind is like a computer, and it has been programmed since birth with all of your beliefs, values, and assumptions. If you want to change your life, you must change the program.

The first step is to become aware of the negative thoughts and beliefs holding you back. Once you know them, you can start questioning them and looking for evidence that contradicts them. This will help to weaken their hold over you and allow you to start to believe in new, empowering beliefs.

The second step is to take action toward your goals. This will help to program your subconscious mind with the belief that you can achieve anything you set your mind to. When you take small steps consistently, your subconscious will believe that change is possible and that success is within reach.

Finally, it is important to be patient and persistent. Change does not happen overnight, and it takes time for new beliefs to take root in your subconscious mind. But if you are patient and consistent with your efforts, your old thinking patterns will eventually give way to new, empowering beliefs that completely transform your life.

Surround yourself with positive people

You don’t have to do it alone. Find people who will support your dreams and help you manifest them into reality. These people can be friends, family, or even online communities of like-minded individuals. When positive people surround you, their energy will rub off on you and make it easier for you to believe in yourself.

If negative people are dragging you down in your life, try to distance yourself from them. This cannot be easy if they are close family or friends, but it is important to remember that you must do what is best for you. You can’t let other people’s negativity stop you from achieving your dreams.
